Speaker Portal

• Please ensure that you confirm your cell phone number with me (if you haven't already) in case we need to reach you in an emergency on the day.
• If you haven't already please send me your presentation via email or WeTransfer in a PPT (PowerPoint) format.
• Please arrive to your track 20mins before the break ends to meet with the Track Leader and AV. This will allow you to see the space, stage and comfort monitor.
• Presentations will be run from the back of the room. You will have a comfort monitor in front of you displaying the slides and a clicker to advance them.

To check-in and receive your badge, please make your way to our registration Kiosks outside Hall S4. Please follow the signs from here to the venue's Meeting and Events Space. 

Once you have received your badge please go to the Speaker Desk to meet me.

Registration Times:

Pre-conference Seminar Day, Monday, February 23rd: Check-in will be open from 8:30am

Conference Day 1, Tuesday February 24th: Check-in will be open from 7:00am

Conference Day 2, Wednesday February 25th: Check-in will be open from 7:00am

Post-conference Workshop Day, Thursday February 26th: Check-in will be open from 8:00am

For all attendees who are not participating in the Pre‑Conference Seminar Day, check‑in will be available from 2:30 p.m. on Monday, 23rd February.
