Taking place during the Scientific Programme Conference Days, the Poster Session is your opportunity to showcase your latest research and innovations, get face-to-face time with attending audience of ADC experts, as well as finding out insights from ongoing ADC development by your peers and forging new and beneficial relationships.

Posters will be displayed in the dedicated Poster Area within the exhibition area and are reserved exclusively for biopharma drug developers, academics, clinicians, not-for-profit organisations and conference partners.

How to Submit Your Poster

  • You must first register your place to attend the 17th World ADC London Summit
  • Submit an abstract for review to showcase your poster during the Scientific Poster Session
  • You will be notified once your abstract has been accepted along with details of printing and size requirements. We do request an online PDF of the poster 3 weeks prior to the summit and will be uploaded for viewing on the event APP
  • Poster abstract submission deadline: Monday 15th February 2027
  • Scientific Poster Session: Tuesday 9th – Wednesday 10th March 2027

  • Posters should not be used for sales and marketing purposes.

  • All abstracts are subject to approval by the conference organizers, who reserve the right to reject submissions.
