Move-In: Monday, February 23, 10am to 5pm

Move-Out: Wednesday, February 25, 4pm to 6pm

Tuesday, February 24th, 7.00am to 7.30pm

Wednesday, February 25th, from 7.00am to 4pm

There will be no access to the exhibition before 10am. Please ensure your team arrives with plenty of time to set up your booth as the hall will be locked at 5pm and attendees asked to leave. 

There is an early check-in available at 2:30pm for the team to collect their badges ahead of Tuesday morning. To collect your badge, you must have the Hanson Wade App downloaded. 

GES will have a services desk in the exhibition hall to support with any additional orders onsite.

Once you have checked in at the GES service desk, your  packages will be delivered to your booth.

If you have agreed an outbound shipping service with GES, you can leave the packaging at your booth, GES will clear this and store it until move-out once the exhibition hall closes. 

Any items that are left in the walkways after 5pm will be disposed of by the venue staff. 

Please ensure that the team in the exhibition hall are all wearing a Hi-Vis during set up hours. This is mandatory as part of the Excel's Health and Safety protocol. 

If you do not bring this along, you will be asked to purchase a Hi- Vis onsite for every member of your staff present during the set up hours.

Excel will be providing the following event services:

• Internet
• Stand cleaning
• Waste removal
• Piped services
