Exhibitors: General Information

You can order everything you may need as an exhibitor directly through the portal, or download the GES Order Forms and email them directly to [email protected].

Once you have created an account with GES, you can ask any questions your may have regarding shipping and material handling directly through the Portal.

Exhibitor Move In – Monday, March 3:

  • There will be no access to the exhibition before 3pm. Please ensure your team arrives by 4.30pm for set up as the hall will be locked at 8pm and attendees asked to leave.
  • If you have shipped items directly to the venue, please ensure your onsite team have the tracking details.
  • Packages that have been shipped via GES will be delivered to your booth prior to arrival. Any packaging you wish to keep for move-out can be given back to GES for them to re-release once the exhibition hall closes on Wednesday.
  • Any items that are left in the walkways after 8pm will be disposed of by the venue staff.

Exhibitor Move-Out – Wednesday, March 5:

  • Booth breakdown cannot commence until the exhibition hall closes at 4pm on Wednesday due to health and safety restrictions.
  • Following the closure of the hall, packaging stored with GES will be released to your exhibition booth.
  • All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibition hall by 8pm. To ensure all exhibitor materials are removed by the deadline, please have carriers check-in by 4pm. In the event your selected carrier fails to show on time, the venue’s team reserves the right to re-route your freight to another carrier.

Digital Onsite Agendas

In line with our commitment to sustainability and the reduction of paper waste, we will only be providing access to digital agendas for this event. Should you prefer a physical copy, you may download and print a version from the email that will be sent on Friday, February 28.

Conference Check-In Locations

From Monday to Wednesday, check-in will be situated in the Champagne Suite Foyer, accessible through the hotel lobby and past the restaurants.

On Thursday, check-in will be relocated to the Mezzanine Level.

To assist you in finding these locations, a floorplan will be available on the Onsite Event App.

Conference Check-In Times

Check-in for attendees registered for the Pre-Conference Day will commence on Monday, March 3 at 8.30am.

Check-in will then open to all attendees at 2.30pm on Monday, March 3, inviting you to join us for the ADC Licensing, Partnering & Investment Session, followed by a Sparkling Welcome Reception.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, check-in will be available from 7.30am, and on Thursday, it will open from 8am.

The Onsite Event App, powered by Turbine, is now live! To download and log in:

  1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Open the app and type in your email address – click confirm.
  3. If you are a first-time user, you will need to create and confirm a password.

Poster Session

Please take this opportunity via this form to share any requirements you would like to make us aware of (for example: accessibility to the venue, gluten intolerance, mother’s room).

Thank you to our Poster Session participants! Even if you are not presenting a poster, you can still engage in the session by voting for your favourite posters. The winners of the two sessions will be announced on the Plenary stage at 4pm on Wednesday, March 5.

A list of posters will be available on our Onsite Event App, allowing you to preview them before meeting their creators.
