New Insights & Applications of Antibody-Drug Conjugation by Disulfide Re-Bridging
12:15 pm
  • Disulfide re-bridging is a leading method for the construction of next-generation site-selective ADCs, and the resultant ADCs are in advanced clinical trials
  • Sharing a detailed understanding of the processes involved in re-bridging has been lacking to date, and has led to difficulty in identifying optimal reagents and protocols to maximise homogeneity
  • Revealing recent data which shines a new light on these conjugates, provides new design principles for optimised conjugates, whilst also discussing new ADC opportunities enabled by disulfide re-bridging strategies
