Lavanya Sivapalan

Dr. Lavanya Sivapalan is the Senior Director of R&D and Service Laboratories at CelLBxHealth. She has directed collaborations with pharmaceutical partners and regulatory agencies to advance ultra-sensitive molecular platforms for biomarker detection and disease monitoring. Her experience spans international cancer centres, including Johns Hopkins Medicine, where she helped integrate serial liquid biopsy profiling into trial designs for patient selection, treatment stratification and endpoint assessment. Her scientific work has contributed to the development of molecular response assessments, residual disease detection strategies and multi-omic approaches to support drug development and clinical decision-making. At CelLBxHealth, she oversees imaging and molecular assay development and validation activities, and clinical laboratory services.
