Scientific Poster Session
Scientific Programme Day One & Scientific Programme Day Two | Tuesday, 24th February & Wednesday, 25th February | All Day
Showcase your ADC research work face-to-face with the scientific audience of industry experts and discover new insights from ongoing ADC development by your peers. For the first time at World ADC London, the poster session will be a permanent fixture in the Exhibition Hall with posters displayed throughout either Conference Day One or Conference Day Two.
Poster submissions are now open.
* A valid conference pass is needed in order to submit an abstract and present a poster
* The poster session is reserved exclusively for biopharma drug developers, academics, clinicians, not-for-profit organisations and conference partners
ADC Licensing, Partnering & Investment Session
Seminar Day | Monday, 23rd February
The first official networking event of the conference. Following an insightful panel discussion by ADC search and evaluation, external innovation, and business development leaders alongside life science investors, grab a drink of your choice and network with fellow innovators in the ADC field to strengthen and establish scientific and business relationships ahead of the main conference days.

Meeting Booking Platform

All attendees will have access to our Meeting Booking Platform, available through the Event App, to manage and pre-schedule meetings ahead of the conference. With a dedicated meeting area and the option to connect with exhibitors at their booths, this tool makes it easy to arrange on-site, face-to-face conversations and discover your next collaboration partners.
To maximize your networking opportunities when the platform launches:
- Update your profile so others can learn more about you.
- Review the agenda and plan which sessions you’ll attend.
- Confirm your availability to keep your schedule accurate and avoid clashes.
The platform launches on 26th January 2026, giving you time to prepare. Meeting booking will open on 2nd February 2026, so you can start scheduling your conversations in advance.
