The Antibody Society (TAbS) is an international non-profit organization that unites a global community of over 3,000 scientists across 25 countries who are advancing antibody research and development. We are supported by more than 50 sponsors and partners from the Biotech, Pharma, CRO, and CDMO sectors.
The mission of The Antibody Society (TAbS) is to provide an international forum across all career levels for the field of recombinant antibodies, antibody and T-cell receptor engineering, computational systems immunology and related areas.
We work with academia and industry to create resources in antibody R&D through webinars, newsletters, podcasts, scientific publications, and our Antibody Therapeutics database (YAbS), which features nearly 3,000 antibody therapeutics, from preclinical to recently approved.
As a scientific program partner to antibody-related conferences worldwide, we provide poster presentation opportunities for early career scientists who have made significant contributions to the field. We also host competitions that recognize and spotlight the research of graduate students and postdocs to the broader scientific community. The AIRR Community (AIRR-C), part of TAbS, advances standards for antibody and T-cell receptor data. The AIRR community's Data Commons platform, provides public access to more than 80 MiAIRR compliant datasets, advancing transparency and collaboration in immune repertoire research.
Our vision is to be the go-to organization for antibody enthusiasts, enabling them to feel scientifically inspired, acquire trustworthy business intelligence, and find support for global community interactions.
